Terms of Use

Effective August 22, 2026

These terms govern use of the Ouray platform, its web applications, and its integrations (the "Services"), operated by Ouray. By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree on that organization's behalf, and any separate written agreement between that organization and Ouray takes precedence over these terms.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only as permitted by law and by the permissions granted to you by your organization. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services — including attempting to access another tenant's data, probing or disrupting the Services, sending unlawful or infringing content, or using the Services to violate the rights of others.

Customer content

Your organization retains all rights to the content it stores in or sends through the Services. You grant Ouray only the rights needed to operate the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The Services interoperate with third-party products (for example Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook) when your organization connects them. Use of those products is governed by their own terms.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features of the Services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of material changes.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouray's aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Your organization may stop using the Services at any time.
